Combo of Coarse River Sand (Wt-1.3 Kg) and Cinder of Small Size 2-4mm (Wt-450 Gms) for Garden Plants

Detailed description about both of the products in this combo is mentioned below:

Coarse River Sand :

• This is natural coarse river sand properly sorted. These sand particles will be bigger than sugar size (2 mm-4 mm). 
•  It improves overall health of plants by making stronger root development. Use of River sand for better drainage in soil is appreciated by plant lovers all over the world.
• River sand is good for soil of succulents, cactus and many more plants. River sand is considered as sterilised growing media. In comparison to ordinary soil, it does not attract bugs or pest. It also provides protection from termites.
• We may consider it a substitute of Perlite while making potting soil for Adenium, Rose and other plants. This is widely used with potting soil of most plants. But river sand cannot absorb oxygen or needful nutrients, however this can be done efficiently with use of crushed Leca, perlite or pumice stones.
• Use of River sand in aquarium bed is necessary for better growth and health of fishes. We can observe fishes playing with the sand in aquarium just like our children. Some interior designers use sand with water fountains as well.
• We have shown two videos of showing coarse river sand use in aquarium which was sent by one of our doctor client of Andhra Pradesh. 
• Applications of river sand are beyond count and depends upon individual creativity.
  

Cinder (2-4mm) :

• Granules size is 2-4mm and this size is highly suitable for Succulents, Cactus, Lithops and other small plants. If you need Cinder for Growing Rose, Adenium and other bigger plants; we recommend to buy Cinder of 2-8mm size for better results (available with us). This cinder is cleaned to remove dust. Hence, there will be not more than 3 % dust. This cinder is produced as a by-product from burning of earthen coal(dug out from mines). This is not a volcanic rock.
• This Cinder is porous and light weight. Most of the plant lovers like this cinder due to its fast drainage capabilities. Proper roots aeration is also possible with use of cinder. Cinder protects plants from root rot and fungal attack. We have observed healthy root development with use of our Cinder.
• Many gardeners appreciate use of cinder with rose, succulents, Cactus, Adenium, Lithops and many more plants. We should use approximately 20% vermicompost with cinder.
• This cinder can be used upto 50 % in potting mix of cactus, Lithops and many more loamy soil loving plants. We can use approximately 20 % cinder with succulents or any other plants also. We have mentioned our opinion about use of cinder in potting mix of different type of plants.
