1. All our products / plants will show product details and specification along with image. Customers are to buy products after reading product description. Any claim regarding Replacement / Return of any item will be entertained, only in case of discrepancy with product description. In case of damaged / dead plants, the customer is to send us video showing poor condition of the plant. We would prefer unboxing video to ensure correctness of claim. Refund for the damaged / dead plants will be done on case to case basis.
2. If the order is not deliverable due to wrong / incomplete address (as per remarks of courier / post office) and the consignment is returned to GIFTnPLANTS, the user will be refunded order value after deducting shipping fee of both ways.
