COMMON NAME- Jasood Plant, Gurhal
This is hybrid variety of hibiscus plant, hence it will bloom flowers of different colours (as per variety). This is not indigenous hibiscus (Desi Gurhal). This plant blooms round the year. It can attain maximum height upto 7-8 feet and its stem will become woody. We should add vermicompost to soil on every two months.
Soil- To make the ideal potting mix, 20 % drainage media in potting mix should be available. For better drainage, we can use any of these drainage media- river sand/ Leca/ Perlite/ Pumice or rice husk.
Watering & Sunlight: Whenever the soil becomes dry, please water the plant. This is a sun loving plant.
Uses: 1. Ornamental use, landscaping: This plant is widely used in landscaping as a hedge plant and as flowering plants.
