Though we were in profession of gardening since 2011, but we formally started online sale of garden items and plants since 2018 at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Our business GIFTnPLANTS is having GST No - 24CSBPS1618H1ZV. Our trademark is registered with the name of ‘DORO KE FYTA’. We received good feedbacks from our customers available all over the country. We increased our product categories along with plants varieties available for online sale. However, it was very difficult to maintain online and offline sale simultaneously.
Initially we faced various challenges in delivery of plants over distant customersof PAN India. Over a period of time, we gained expertise in packaging of live plants to withstand transit period. Some plants cannot tolerate transit period of more than three days. We decided not to despatch such plants. We send only Hardy plants to distant customers for better customer satisfaction. Our business operations were seriously affected due to covid-19 during 2020-21. Somehow, we managed to survive. Later on, we focused to improve our website content and customer satisfaction.
Packaging Material & Jaggery Products : Now we have added new categories of packaging material and Jaggery products. I hope both of these categories will also satisfy our ever increasing customer base.
