CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Due to any unavoidable reasons, if we could not dispatch your consignment within the stipulated period (as mentioned in our shipping policy, displayed on the website), customers have the right for cancellation and refund of the order. Customers can cancel the order by informing us before dispatch of the order. The received orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch of order. We sell online and offline both ways. Due to off line sales, few products / plants may become ‘Out of stock’. Sometimes few products / plants are available with us, but not in good condition, we do not send such defective products to customer and the amount will be refunded in same account of the customer (within 2 weeks) which was used for making payment with our website.

2. All our products / plants will show product details and specification along with image. Customers are to buy products after reading product description. Any claim regarding Refund / Cancellation of any item will be entertained, only in case of discrepancy with product description. In case of damaged / dead plants, the customer is to send us video showing poor condition of the plant. We would prefer unboxing video to ensure correctness of claim. Refund for the damaged / dead plants will be done on case to case basis. If the order is not deliverable due to wrong / incomplete address (as per remarks of courier / post office) and the consignment is returned to GIFTnPLANTS, the user will be refunded order value after deducting shipping fee of both ways.
