Common Name- Amrood
It can attain maximum height of 15 feet. This plant becomes a tree in three years This variety of guava start yields fruit at the height of 2 feet also (visible in photo). The tree can survive extreme hot weather also.
Watering & Sunlight: It likes direct sunlight. We should water it, whenever the soil of your pot becomes dry.
Soil: Drainage in pot is necessary by making sufficient holes in bottom. To make the ideal potting soil, 20 % drainage media (river sand/ Leca/ Perlite/ Pumice or rice husk- use any one of them), 20 % vermin – compost and 60% garden soil should be used.
Uses: As edible fruit and Medicinal use.
