It is a herbaceous plant. The plant can climb on any wall. It grows very well on rough surface of cement-brick wall in shady area. Within a year, it can cover the approx 6-9 square feet. The greenish wall looks beautiful. The plant sometimes climb upon other big trees in search of food. It can survive perfectly with less water and less sunlight also.
This plant is a non flowering plant. Presence of humidity spurs growth of this plant. This plant likes to grow in shady area. After attaining maturity, its stem become slightly stronger.
Soil & Watering : As per our experience, we should not add more than 20 % cocopeat powder in potting mix of this plant. Otherwise roots may be damaged. Proper drainage in pot soil is must, hence sufficient drainage holes must be made in the pot. Whenever, soil of pot becomes dry, give water to the plant.
