Rock Phosphate Organic Fertilizer for Plants, Garden Use, Enhanced Flowering
Rock phosphate is naturally found in mines in form of stones. Those stones are crushed to make it in powdered form for horticulture and garden use. This is the richest source of Phosphorous.
Rock Phosphate is very heavy, due to its higher bulk density. If you buy 1 Kg leaf mould or any other organic fertilizer (Neem Cake or Mustard Cake), that will look more in volume due to lower bulk density.
Additionally, Calcium is also present in rock phosphate. Most of the gardeners prefer to use rock phosphate in comparison with Bonemeal. Because use of rock phosphate does not produce any insects, mammoths etc in the soil and nutrient deficiency of the plants is also fulfilled in a better way. It also provides traces of Boron.
The positive effect of this fertiliser will be visible after one month of use, because there is need of approximately one month time for release of its Phosphorous into soil. This is a slow release fertiliser.
